Skip the dishwasher
Unless we tell you otherwise, please do not machine wash rented pieces. Remove loose food and return items in the crates or bins provided.
Keep packaging together
Crates, wraps, dividers, and labels are part of the rental system. Keeping them together makes pickup faster and protects the pieces in transit.
Tell us about damage
Accidents happen. Set broken or chipped items aside and let us know during pickup so we can account for replacements clearly.
