Most local orders are delivered the day before your event. We confirm the timing, address, parking, loading access, and point of contact in advance.

We plan the rental timeline around your event date so the pieces arrive with enough room for setup and leave after the celebration is complete.
Pickup window
Pickup is usually scheduled for the day after the event. Pieces should be packed back into the provided crates unless setup service is included.
Setup support
Basic delivery is separate from full table styling. If you would like us to place settings, build tablescapes, or coordinate with your planner, we can quote that separately.
Travel and special access
Stairs, elevators, long carries, limited parking, and extended travel can affect timing and delivery fees. Tell us early so the quote is accurate.
